LISA M. JUKES, M.D.
Lisa M. Jukes, MD, is a Board Certified OB/GYN who opened her South Austin practice in 2004. She graduated from UT Southwestern medical school in Dallas in 1996, completed residency in 2000, and spent the subsequent years at a multi-physician practice in North Austin, before embarking on her own.
No longer delivering babies, Dr. Jukes focuses on all gynecological services. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, pelvic dysfunctions, irregular menstrual cycles, cysts and fibroids, urinary incontinence, peri- and post-menopausal issues, and so on. Both non-surgical and surgical treatment options are offered by Dr. Jukes. She is a highly trained and well-experienced Laparoscopic surgeon, who believes in helping patients with shorter recovery times.
Born in England, growing up in Marble Falls, and residing in Southwest Austin, Dr. Jukes is active in the Austin community. As a mother of two young children, she spends much of her time with school activities. She understands the concerns of women as they juggle their healthcare needs with the needs of their families.
Highly trained, compassionate, and kind, Dr. Jukes is a Gynecologist who listens well and offers competent, up-to-date treatment options for the gynecological needs of her patients. Her enthusiasm for her patients and their improved health has resulted in a very successful practice. She now has a second office in the Horseshoe Bay area.
Dr. Jukes looks forward to helping women with their gynecological healthcare needs and truly believes "every patient matters."
JUNE KASSELL, RN, WHNP
June is a women's health nurse practitioner who is celebrating her 30th year of practice.
She moved to the Austin area in 1985 and has spent 18 of those years in private practice and the remainder in a subsidized clinic providing health care and family planning to low income women. For the past 16 years, June has worked in a gynecology practice and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our office.
June grew up in nearby Llano, graduated with her Nursing degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, and later from the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She was a labor and delivery nurse prior to receiving training as a Nurse Practitioner.
CYNTHIA PEREZ, Laser Tech (LT)
Cynthia has joined Dr. Jukes' aesthetic services team. She is a licensed laser technician who consults with new patients on cosmetic procedures and products, and has extensive knowledge in performing micro-dermabrasoins, extractions, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facials, laser hair removal, skin tightening, permanent makeup, and ThermageTM.
Cynthia is passionate about aesthetics education and attends numerous seminars and conferences because of her belief that on-going aesthetic education is important not only for the art of skin care, but also to meet the needs of her clients.
LORRIE
Lorrie is the L.V.N. With attentiveness and detail, Lorrie explains complicated medical treatments and/or results in a manner patients appreciate. Easy to understand and patient, Lorrie is a nurse who cares about patients' needs and always strives to let every individual feel how important they are to this practice.
KRISTIN
Kristin is our front desk coordinator. She is a dedicated, team-oriented worker who provides extraordinary attention to detail and personal services to patients and staff. Kristin has a caring heart, and is willing to go above and beyond for every patient's needs.
