
Lisa M. Jukes, M.D., is a Board Certified OB/GYN who opened her South Austin practice in 2004, and then moved the practice to its current location in Westlake Hills in December of 2008. She graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1996, completed residency in 2000 and spent the subsequent years at a multi-physician practice in North Austin, before embarking on her own. No longer delivering babies, Dr. Jukes focuses on all gynecological services. She specializes in menstrual problems including too heavy or frequent bleeding, irregular bleeding, severe cramps, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapsed, peri- and post menopause issues, as well as diagnosis of infertility. Both non-surgical and surgical treatment options are offered by Dr. Jukes. She is a highly trained and well-experienced minimally invasive surgeon, who believes in helping patients with shorter recovery times.
Dr. Jukes is now a proctor (teacher of other physicians) for daVinci Robotic Laparoscopic surgery. She loves helping patients with minimally invasive procedures including daVinci Laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures and has performed over 1000 of these and over 200 daVinci in the last 2 years. Dr. Jukes wants patients to know the benefits of in-office treatments and provides in-office endometrial ablation to treat heavy bleeding and cramps, in-office Essure transcervical sterilization to provide non-incisional, non-hormonal permanent contraception. Both done in the office under local anesthesia with little to no downtime. Her goal is to keep you comfortable, improve your quality of life and get back to your activities the same day or soon thereafter.
Born in England, growing up in Marble Falls, and residing in Lakeway with her husband, Harry, Dr. Jukes is active in the Austin community. As a mother of two school aged children, she spends much of her time with school activities. She understands the concerns of women as they juggle their healthcare needs with the needs of their families. Highly trained, compassionate, and kind, Dr. Jukes is a gynecologist who listens well and offers competent, up-to-date treatment options for the gynecological needs of her patients. Her enthusiasm for her patients and their improved health has resulted in a very successful practice. She also has a second office in the Horseshoe Bay area. Dr. Jukes looks forward to helping women with their gynecological healthcare needs and truly believes “every patient matters.”

June has been practicing in women’s health for over 35 years. Initially a Labor and Delivery nurse, she later went on to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her RN degree from Angelo State University and her Nurse Practitioner certification from University of New Mexico, School of Medicine. She joined Dr. Jukes’ practice in 2007. Prior to that she spent many years providing health care and family planning to low income women and in underserved areas. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our office. June grew up on a ranch near Llano and loves nature and the outdoors. She dreams of going on an African safari, enjoys working in the yard, reading, going to the movies and al fresco dining. Spending time with her family tops the list of favorite pastimes. She is married to Scotty Holman and has 2 grown sons, Trey and Ryan, who each have their own families. One of her favorite quotes is “Women are like teabags; you never know how strong they are until you put them in hot water” – Eleanor Roosevelt- June feels so privileged to work with the women that come into the practice. She states that the sharing of information and the collaboration to help find the best options and solutions for every woman’s health concerns is what keeps this one of the most rewarding and interesting careers she could imagine.
Mary Brown brings more than 20 years of experience in women's health, including nine years of providing quality care in both labor and delivery and neonatal nursing. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As a Nurse Practitioner, Mary s focus is in the primary care of women with special interests and research in sexual function, pelvic floor health and vulvar pain disorders. Her patients and her physician colleagues benefit from Mary s adjunctive certification as an RN First Assistant, allowing her to be present with her patients during their operative care. She works collaboratively with the physicians in the practice to provide compassionate, comprehensive, patient centered care. Mary obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 1990, graduating with 4.0 and Highest Honors. During her BSN studies in Galveston, Mary earned the Dean s Award of Scholarship and was honored as the Most Outstanding Nursing Student. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing, along with training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from The University of Texas at Austin's School of Nursing in 1999. During her graduate studies, Mary again graduated with Highest Honors and was nominated for Most Outstanding Graduate Student by her faculty. She continues her commitment to education and mentoring by occasionally serving as preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students and as a lecturer on various topics in the graduate nursing program at UT. She is a member of AANP, ISSWSH, SUNA and the Coalition for Nurses in Advanced Practice. Mary enjoys living in Austin with her husband, two sons, dogs and cat. Her hobbies include entertaining with family and friends, wine tasting, and listening to the finest live music Austin has to offer.

Kelly manages the day to day activities for the practice as well as serving as the diet counselor for the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. She brings over 16 years of administrative and customer service experience to the practice having worked for a number of companies including Walt Disney Records, Temple-Inland, and Smurfit-Stone during that span. She was born and raised in California and has lived in Austin the past 8 years. She is dedicated to providing our patients an exceptional office experience. Kelly enjoys gardening and is an avid dog lover with a special affinity for pugs. She is married and mother to 2 college students- Justin and Briana.
Hannah handles all insurance and billing related issues for the practice. Born and raised in Austin she has worked in insurance billing for over 10 years. She is always willing to go the extra mile in order to maximize insurance reimbursement and minimize patient responsibility. Her knowledge of insurance policies and practices has become a great asset to our office and she is considered a valuable resource for anyone with insurance or billing questions or concerns. Her diligence and dedication to the financial aspect of our practice sets a high standard that we have come to expect from our entire staff.

Jocelyn is a Medical Assistant who is originally from the Phillipines and joined our staff in 2009. She has been involved in healthcare for several years and is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. She moved to Austin with her family in 2008 and loves Austin. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her husband and 7 year old daughter, Kathryn.
